I've finally hosted the blog back up onto my website... as of today! hooray!
In kfb news, we are actively shipping Fall. It's been an amazing season and even with a few setbacks we've come leaps and bounds since last season. We're still sorting through Prairie Skirts that were late in finishing from the sewing house and it looks as if we may not get any more denim pieces. There are only very few left. Bummer. But, every season comes with its trials that help us to find our weaknesses and better prepare the next season.
On the personal/business owner front, childcare is my own personal nightmare. I've had yet another summer caregiver bail out on me and I'm about to lose my mind. I don't want summer to be over and I'm not ready for my sweet baby to head off to kindergarten, but school seems to be my only hope of getting back into my studio full-time.

I came across your blog because of the cool title and thought you could relate to this kung fu comic I posted here at my webcomic site wherein my little baby daughter pulled some unexpected kung fu moves on me.
I can totally relate.... babysitting is a total nightmare when I'm a "working-stay-at-home-mom"....it's tough to meet with clients and attend meetings when these sitters think that they have to get REAL jobs.....
